Returns and Refund
Since all our artworks are made to order, we currently do not accept returns or refunds for orders that are received in expected condition.
Damages or Product Issues
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, defective, or with any issues, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details of the issue at Support@Ekkara.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 77278 68184. Our team will review and assist you with a suitable resolution, which may include:
- Repair (where applicable)
- Replacement of the damaged product
- Store credit / Refund for the value of the item – Once refunds are approved, we will process them instantly. It usually takes 5–7 business days for banks to reverse the payment.
Please note that:
- Products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for us to process a resolution.
- Since each artwork is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, design, or finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
- Customised or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are quality issues or they are damaged in transit.
Shipping & Logistics Issues
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. However, in case of logistics-related issues, here is how we can help:
Delayed Deliveries
All Ekkara artworks are handcrafted and made to order by our verified artisans. At times, delays may occur if the artisan faces weather constraints, health issues, or prior backlogs. Customers are informed of expected timelines in advance when placing an order, and we do our best to keep you updated in case of any changes. Occasional courier or customs clearance issues may also cause delays. In all such cases, we will assist you in tracking your shipment and follow up with both the artisan and the courier partner until resolution.
Lost Shipments
If your order is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner. Once confirmed, we will either ship you a replacement or issue store credit.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Ekkara is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Discretion
All returns are subject to the discretion of Arts and Crafts India Exports Private Limited. However, we are committed to being fair, transparent, and helpful.

This website is governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
