RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.


RETURN SHIPPING COST

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The customer must arrange and pay for the return shipment unless the return is due to:

  • Wrong item received

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Manufacturing defect

In such cases, EKKARA may reimburse return shipping costs or arrange a replacement at its discretion.


NO RESTOCKING FEES

EKKARA does not charge any restocking fees.

You will receive your refund without any deduction for restocking charges.


REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times:

  • India Orders: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days

Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  3. Our team will review the claim and provide a suitable resolution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Full Refund


EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


NO FINAL SALE ITEMS

EKKARA does not designate products as "Final Sale."

All products purchased through our website are eligible for return under the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.


NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used or damaged by the customer.

  • The item is returned without original packaging.

  • The return request is made after the 7-day return period.

  • The product is altered after delivery.
