PACKAGING

DELAYED SHIPMENTS

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

For lost shipments, EKKARA will assist in coordinating with the courier company and investigating the shipment status.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

EKKARA shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Customized, personalized, commissioned, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced.
